Shipping

Where do you ship to?

We ship to most countries worldwide!

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on your location.

Some examples:

local Sydney customers would expect to receive their order within 3-5 business days or express 1-3 days.

Perth customers would expect to receive their order within 5-10 business days with standard shipping or express 2-4 days.

Overseas shipping can be unpredictable at times.

USA shipping times standard & tracked are 8-20 business days depending on your zone.

UK customers are looking at approximately. 15-20 business days standard shipping, tracked.

New Zealand shipping times are between 5-12 business days standard & tracked.

These times are a rough guide so please be patient, I promise it's worth the wait!

How do I track my order?

All orders will receive tracking numbers at time of dispatch!

Returns

How do I return an item?

I gladly accept exchanges on apparel as I want them to fit just right!

Contact me within: 5 days of delivery and Dispatch items back within: 14 days of delivery

I don't accept refunds so please choose wisely. exchanges & cancellations are not accepted.

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be exchanged or returned.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • hair scrunchies
  • hair clips and headbands
  • totes
  • all drinkware
  • pins & plushies
  • stationary
  • mouse mats & coasters

Conditions of return:

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Please choose tracked as I cannot take responsibility for item lost in transit.

How long does it take to process my return?

Once we receive your return, we will review item quality and ensure the supplied return is unworn, unwashed with tags attached. It will then be approved.

Can I exchange for a different item?

We do not accept exchanges at this time with the exception of apparel.

I've received a faulty item, what do I do?

We are so sorry for the inconvenience! Please contact us straight away so we can help you!

Can I make changes to my order?

If you have placed an order and would like to make any changes, please contact our team ASAP.

Please make sure you choose your items carefully and enter the correct shipping details before placing your order.

We'll do our best to assist with any change requirements, however please note we cannot guarantee that your requested changes can be made to your order.

Once the order has been packed and is ready for shipping, we are unable to make any changes.

My tracking hasn't been updated in days! Has my parcel been lost?

Our sincere apologies for the delay with your order!

We recommend checking out the Australia Post Service updates to ensure there's no disruptions.

If there's no disruptions and Australia Post are unable to help you, contact us and we'll be happy to assist tracking down your parcel.
